Closing Remarks of the 18th Annual Congress of Japan Robotic Surgery Society

The 18th Annual Congress of Japan Robotic Surgery Society, held on April 10 and 11 at Nagaragawa Convention Center and Miyako Hotel Gifu Nagaragawa, concluded successfully and without incident thanks to your generous support and cooperation. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the physicians from many specialties, the wide range of healthcare professionals who participated, and the sponsoring companies whose support made this meeting possible. With your support, we welcomed more than 1,460 participants and were able to bring this congress to a successful conclusion. We are deeply grateful for your continued encouragement and support.

Under the theme, "Integration - Moving Beyond Diversity," this congress received a large number of abstract submissions and welcomed participants from a broad range of fields, resulting in highly active and fruitful discussions. In addition, the public lecture, featuring talks by Chairman Watanabe and Governor Esaki of Gifu Prefecture, was very well received, and many attendees commented on how valuable the session was. As organizers, we are truly pleased that this provided an opportunity to raise broader public awareness of the society's mission and activities.

We also recognize that there may have been aspects of the preparation and operation that could have been improved, and we sincerely ask for your understanding. We would be grateful for your continued guidance and support in the years ahead.
